Can someone provide me, or point me to, a list of flashing and waterproofing materials that are and are not compatible with the styrofoam of ICFs? I find a lot of comments about various materials here in the forums, and have downloaded some info on compatible material, but so many of them are not readily available in my area. Kind of surprising to find out what's readily available in Florida or Minnesota but not in Idaho. The ICF builder I'm working with is still young in the business and still learning about materials, and manufacturer web sites don't provide such lists.

A concise list would make it easier to make a decision about what to use that's readily available vs. what would be worthwhile special ordering. I want to consider price and shipping costs along with performance.

Tell your local suppliers that they have roads going into Idaho now. Just kidding you but sometimes you have to convince your suppliers to order things they don't normally carry. If they don't want to order what you need then you might have to use a more distant supplier who will ship. Call your ICF manufacturer to get specifics on what is compatible.
