Seeing Mark posting here so much, I thought I would post this in hopes of getting more insight. I was wondering what happened to ARIT.  Whe I spoke to Nick, was distraught to find out that Mark was out with a heart problem.  After finally being able to contact Mark, I found out that he was not sick, however he had left the company due to “differences of opinion between the partners”.  It was just a few days later that I was sent an email from a new company, stating that ARIT had restructured under new ownership operating as speed floor usa and terrasource.  Mark says that the company is not under new ownership, it was shut down.  I did a little research and from conversations with other people in the industry, apparently ARIT has several unresolved issues.  Mark says he wants to rectify them, but that Nick is in control of ARIT resources, and that I need to approach him on my concerns and questions.  When I asked him why he sold the company, Mark said he did not sell the company, it was taken from him.  Mark was the backbone of ARIT, and I never trusted his partner, he seems just a bit “greasy” and never gives a straight answer.  Some of the people I spoke to says that he never honored payment agreements, and that really ticked Mark off.  It this why Mark left?  Does he have something on Mark to keep him quiet about what really happened?  Was Mark Paid off?  Is there a term contract or snuff order?  I have known Mark for some time now, before he came to the USA, this is just not him, he lived for ARIT.  Mark wont talk about it, I hope this will force him or someone to answer and clear up the mystery.
