Sorry for the delayed response to these. I can not reply to messages privately since I do not use Microsloth Winduhs. Reply/compose just do not work for me with this forum software and Opera or Firefox.

Todd, not saying to use cementitious stucco -over- EIFS, but instead of. EIFS has a terrible reputation nationwide because of water leaks around openings due to poor installation. I would not use EIFS for walls based on the bad rep alone. But you can do some wonderful decorative work with it like quoining, cornicework, and 'stonework' around windows and doors.

I suggest post-tensioned rather than say, Hambro, because you don't need the supporting iron below so less interfloor space is needed, and the deck can be thinner for faster response of hydronic.

And Mer, please use my profile to send me an email.

In response I will add: A few people have claimed to send me a private Email that I never got.
I just realized the Email I entered here on this site a few years ago has changed and thats
probably why I haven't received any. I looked above for a change of entry info but didn't see any.
Any thoughts from you guys that have changed previously?

Looks like "My Profile" link at the top, then Account Information tab. You can edit your email address there.

Only admin can make changes to an email listing. Please send me a PM with your User Name, Old Email and New Email address, and I'll make the change immediately.
