I'm preparing a consruction schedule and estimate and I want to know how much I should expect to pay for an ICF pour. I know the concrete cost itself should land around $6500 CDN(approx. 25 m3 at $250/m3) so I want to know what I should expect to pay for the ICF (LOGIX Forms) and labour. As a contractor I have no problem paying a fair price for labour, I just want to know how much is a reasonable amount seeing as these forms are less labour intensive (no stripping, quick to install etc). This job is in edmonton alberta canada.

There is a number of ICF contractors in Edmonton who can give you quotes, the World Wide Web is not a good place since prices all vary by area

Contact Kevin Bornea 780-298-9500 I am sure he can give you some guidance...Tell him I said HI.
