Crew Leader means you can read and understand plans and engineer details, you can complete layout, you can work hands on and keep the crew of busy as well. I am looking for someone to start in the next 7-10 days, I'm busy and need to get through some projects, could be as short as 2 weeks and as long as a month depending on your stack rate

Assume 2 1/2 weeks and this one job should be able to be stood and poured
