I've been reading about the great insulation ICF brings in keeping the cold weather out. I'm contemplating using a Stucco exterior. I'd like to hear what happens when the snow melts after a heavy winter.

I'm also looking for an experienced ICF builder in the Eden Prairie area for a new home construction planned for Spring 2009. Its about 36' x 50' 2 story home with 10' ceilings. Please e-mail me at [email protected] with your contact info.

Thanks,

Matt

I sent you an email. But what do you mean about after the snow melts. If you mean that short summer season; ICF homes are cooler and cheaper to cool, safer (won't blow away, mold and are fire resistant).

I will show you one in Minnetrista that is nearing completion, if you would like.

Thanks... I'll call you and we can set a time to see an ICF site first hand.

Matt
