Doctj,
Lots of variables in trying to answer the question...where are you? Is there a qualified builder distributer near you? What does the early design of your house look like (i.e., corners, windows, gable ends...etc)? If you are looking at just a shoot from the hip response, I would say anywhere between $13-17 a sq.ft. turnkey. I would certainly considre $17 a bit high, but again more information about your specific project would be required.

Fox Blocks have a project calculator on their website that might get you started. It's important to remember that the price you end up with is not the total wall cost. |

A think that renagle is talking about the cost per sq. ft. of ICF walls. Please Correct me if I am wrong. |

icfblocks, you are correct, I was referring to cost per sq.ft. of ICF walls. In my area (key word is my area) I can get an ICF wall installed for anywhere between $13-17 (maybe a little less than $13) a sq.ft. labor, materials, pump, frieght, etc. Again, there are a lot of variables to would need to be clarified in order to give a remotely accurate number.
