New to the site and experienced home builder new to ICF's would like some insight on methods for applying stucco to ICF's, particularly in the central FL climate. I would also like some insight into how best to warranty the exterior finish.

Well, I am not a stucco guy, but the rule of thumb in my area is to apply your building paper over the ICF followed by the mesh which is screwed to the webs as directed by the EOR followed by conventional 3 coat system.

Warranty, does Florida not have a State Bill mandating warranty?

California Building Code...it's like no other

Truth be known if you can master building here, you qualify to build anywhere.
