We want to talk to prospective ICF experienced contractors who can work practically and cost effectively in Canebrake, CA, in eastern San Diego County in the desert. The location is on highway S-2, about 20 miles north of the town of Ocotillo.
We want to replace the existing WWII vintage temporary building with a 2BR 2B house of approx 1500 sq ft. We plan to occupy it from October through May, so want it efficient for this period. We have power, water, and a permitted septic tank already.
We do not have a specific floor plan, but have some ideas.

We are looking to have the shell of the house built and then finish the interior on our own. We want people willing to provide a good product at a fair price.
