That cost may be accurate on a standard building.  There are so many variables that no two projects are alike.   Selling price will depend upon the part of the country you are from.  Concrete has a wide range of pricing today.  I have seen it as low as mid to high 60's to as high as 125.00 a yard.

Well its in Colorado so they are on the higher pricing side of concrete. My concrete price is $3.03/ft2, and that is including the pump. Does that pricing seem too high based on your knowledge? I've looked over a lot of forum posts and contacted some contractors and the pricing seemed pretty wide. Some people have said 11-14/ft2 for sale price, while others have said 15/ft2 wouldn't even cover their costs. My variable cost expenses right now are at $12/ft2, this seems accurate based on my limited knowledge. Once I throw in my fixed costs(SGA) it goes up, but that stuff is reflective of my business setup. At $19/ft2, I am generating $1/ft2 of profit before taxes.

I am wanting to be a subcontractor, so would I have to sub out the slab work or would the General Contractor do that?
