Hello,everyone this is my first post but I have had a long time interest in constructing a home using ICF.We are going to build on a property we own near Herman NE.It will be a 2 story with a octagon lighthouse effect to one side.We have been looking at rewards system as they are close to us in Omaha.We have not settled on a contractor yet and are looking for reccomendations.Is there anyone out familiar with someone in our area?

It really doesn´t matter to ask what or whom you gonna choose. The point is that you have to collect the data and sources for YOUR HOME. Only when you are convinced that you have the best found you should start the specific plannings. It is your money you invest and your headache you get. So be carful, read a lot and don´t miss chances to get knowledge. ´Spend time in DD and reading, start collectig informations, check prices $/sf and find out what is available in your area. Always take a chance for a 2nd opinion. I will give you an example what you need to think of besides the costs for everything before you start building. Whenever you have these costs based on the house and its sq ft numbers double check with your bank to not have a nightmare when let´s say you invest $300,000 and by the end of the thday the bank sneds his appraiser and the value is only $250,000.
