Planning to build a 3000 sq ft home in central NJ ( Edison ). Contemplating between a modular vs. ICF home. Got quotes from $90/sqft to $105/sqft for a modular homes. What I am looking for building a similar home using ICF. I would also like to hear from some of the ICF builders who would like to work on this project. Sai

Look up a guy named Ed Trinkle, I haven't talked to him in years and can't locate his number, but he is an ICF Guru in NJ

I do not know if you previously recieved my reply but, I am an ICF Builder in Jersey that can do this work for you. Based on the design and components you are proposing at the 90-105 dollar swing, we can figure a relative number for the similar components.
