Newbie,
Before I comment I must remind you that this is an opinion based soley on personal experience and it is worth what you paid for it.
I have not used the Grace product but know that they have a product suitable for below grade. That being said, I am not a fan of "peel and stick" membranes; expensive, labor intensive, and too much room for error. Although we have never had one leak it is always the last option in our arsinal. We use and sell the Soprema Colphene 3000 winter grade. The product itself sells for around $1.50 sqft retail, labor to install it correctly about 24 manhours on the average full basement and foundation, usually around a $1.00 a sqft but it is variable. Then if I use a product like Platon it is another $.75 for the material and $.25 for labor. This makes a grand total of $3.50 a sqft for my waterproofing. I have several waterproofing contractors that will come out and spray and ICF compatible product on it at 50 to 60 mils plus put on a drain plain material for around $2.25 to $2.50 a sqft. Plus that includes a warranty. The spray on would be either a modified asphalt or a rubber based membrane and that alone installed is around $1.50 sqft.
So what I am saying is check around, you may find a better, less expensive solution out there.
