I would really appreciate feedback on "safe" peel and stick adhesive window flashing membranes. Would love to get product brand names and any info you can provide on where to find it. Thanks!

I've been using Bakor products for over 12 years - zero call backs, no problems. They have multiple products available. Out of interest, watch the u tube vid: "Installing a Window in an exterior insulated R40 wall" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nf64EV9yQcI Although not an icf wall, great installation process. Email the group for exact product specs. (they are using a few different brand names in the process) I have heard of a few horror stories on peel and stick (peel & stick & then peel again...). I believe if they are installed correctly, you should not experience problems. For example, don't leave the installation exposed for prolonged periods of time. UV is a killer.
