Are there special considerations when choosing dry wall, doors, windows, roof decks? with ICF....
Dry wall, no, other than it pretty much HAS to be screwed to the webs, not nailed. But then nailing dry wall is pretty much a thing of the past anyway. Screws will need to be long enough to go through the extra distance of the foam over the web compared to studs.
The other three items, yes, there are special considerations. Not so much the particular materials but rather how they are mated to the ICF walls. Those issues have been discussed several times, occasionally at length, in this forum the past two years, or longer. Do a search on each of the subjects to find the threads. Mostly, searches work OK, but sometimes you'll need to search on different terms to find all the threads. There's way too much information to put it into a short answer here. Hope you understand.
