We've always been hoping to have a draft powered farm, and are hoping to get started this season.  So we won't need our ICF tools or construction equipment, rather they will probably be a distraction for us as we try to make a concerted transition, as we had our most profitable year ever last year, and the phone keeps ringing.....

So to clean things up, I figure everything must go,
