Hi,
I need a new foundation and I'd like to go ICF.   However I am having a hard time to find ICF contractors around here, in Portland Oregon.

Here is the project:
- 160 linear foot - 10 corners.

  - footing : 30" wide x 10"
          rebar: 3x #5 horiz. bars, and #5 dowels @16" oc -- not sure at corners

  - wall:  8" wide x 8' tall (i'd like 8'4" but not sure yet).
          rebar: #4 horiz bar @12"oc + #5 vertical bar @16"oc + bolts 3/8 pt pl w/ 5/8 x7"" @ 24oc.

  - waterproofing

- Slab: 1200sqft; I can't find the thickness on the engineer drawings, so let's say 4"

Do you guys have any idea about the pricing in this area?
Anybody interested in the job, or know someone who would be?
