I would like to build an ICF dome house. Any links or ideas are more than welcome

Because of the ICF shape, bracing, pressure, weight of concrete and everything. Why do you want a dome?

Yeah - LOL why a dome? you know boxes look much much better (easy to hang pictures on the wall)

For a dome I think it would be best to shotcrete over a removable form then spray-foam it.

I think the construction method at this link http://www.monolithic.com/ is a more practical approach to building a dome home than would be using ICF blocks.
Even a retired engineer can build a house successfully w/ GBT help!
