Someone named Peter sent me a private message about Amvic Roof Deck. You included no contact information but to answer your qwestion I did the roof myself with Amvic roof blocks. I used Amvics software for design . Roofs went up with one row of bracing down the middle with the largest span  of 24 feet. It cost about $10 a square foot for a 3500 SF roof. Good luck!

I understand you installed your roof.  How much would the cost increase if labor is added to your $10 SF?

Our ICF roofs are running around $18 to $20 per sqft.  This includes labor, concrete, steel, joist, ICF foam on both sides of the concrete roof.
