An east coast retired contractor, is seeking a Company or a team of individuals, including a working Carpenter foreman, with concrete and ICF (Insulated Nudura Concrete Building Block) experience, to oversee the construction of a “showcase”, upscale, architecturally oceanfront designed green home for himself in New Brunswick, Canada, built completely with ICF. Start date May 15, 2011. Must be well experienced, able to read blueprints, strong organizational skills and reliable. Framing, floor hanging, waterproofing, parging, in floor heating installation, concrete floor finishing an asset. Experience in window and door exterior molding and trim treatments.
