Hello,
This is my first post on the site. I've searched for more information on ICF Piling homes and have come up short.
Would anyone recommend one or two builders in Florida who have successfully built elevated coastal ICF homes which incorporate an ICF roof, preferably octagonal or round?
Attached are a few pictures to give an idea of what I'm trying to describe. The first is the general elevation I'm trying to achieve, +- 32ft above sea level, the second depicts the general type of design I am trying to achieve.
We would like the ability to build on additions in the future.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the replies. It looks like we are going to close on the property in the next 3 months.
Peter and Jim,
I will be in contact.
To the board,
Are there other reputable builders that work in FL who have experience building stilt ICF construction?
Thanks!
