I have been an avid reader of posts here over the years. Thought you guys might be interested in this. Considered to be one of the largest private homes in the us @ over 72,000 sq. ft. Well, I think the one thing we have seen consistently is that peoples' idea of "green" doesn't conform to any single definition, yet.

It usually means "green(er)" than the traditional methods. Historically, fully heating or cooling traditional "castles" can break even millionaires.
