I finally got the ok from the HOA to build our home! I've always been interested in building it with ICF. Who is the best, the most experienced and reasonable GC in this area? I'm also considering building the house with Steel Stud method and spray foam insulation. Going to bids very shortly. Look forward to your feedback.

I appreciate that Brad but adding cost of lodging to the project would add to much additional financial burden.

We are GC ICF contractors in Brevard / Indian River Counties a few hours north of you. Depending on the size of your project, we would have no problem working within a few hours of home base. Also, if your project was not designed or engineered for ICF, we can provide the structural package for your ICF design. We are currently constructing a very large ICF home in Vero Beach using FoxBlocks and Insul-Deck. The entire envelope is ICF including a 6/12 pitch hip roof.
