Two homes built in 1892, recently had two ICF foundations placed underneath them.
The project was fairly complicated as the neighbors property lines were 12" away from the new foundations.
The owners are trying to achieve a LEED Platinum status on this project, and as such, wanted ICF for their foundation work.
