OK, so I know it isn't ICF.

I am thinking about using site cast concrete panels for a 1200sq ft home.

My reasons for doing so are,

1.  I live in a remote area of Montana, getting proprietary materials delivered is expensive.
2.  Getting ready mix delivery when you need it and when the weather cooperates is tough.
3.  I have a small mobile batch plant, so 2-4 yd pours are fairly easy for 2 workers and it can be done at my schedule.
4.  I have the ability to lift and place the panels without the use or cost of a crane.
5.  I have all the required metal fab tools to make the forms. embeds, welding, etc...
6.  I want concrete on the exterior, not stucco etc over foam.  The woodpeckers are bad here, so is wildfire risk and I would have to sub stucco work out.

With that, I am envisioning 9' high panels, 12' wide and 5" thick.
I would embed threaded "nuts" for later placing of threaded rod on the interior face.  3" foam impaled on the threaded rod followed by 3.5" non structural metal studs nutted to the threaded rod for wiring, drywall and the stud spaces filled with insulation.

The exterior face would be up in the form and finished when cast.

Anyone seen anything like this?

The closest I find is Slender Wall or Metal Stud Crete.

For me the advantages are not using propriety materials or systems, drywall interior (easy to install, finish, remove, repair), and electrical and plumbing access in the stud wall.

I would also use steel pan deck and a cast in place concrete floor.

Any helpful comments or suggestions?

Here's a comment: Stop taking up space and wasting our time on an ICF forum if your project isn't relevant.

Sounds like tilt-up, which is well proven. You might consider stones, rocks, patterns or texture cast into the panels for better looks.

I would also consider SCIPs although they don't leave space for non-foam insulation.
