It seems like a better product then Stucco but it still need a mesh and painting ;-( but when I want to the web site there a ballistic vision that was shot with a 40cal at point blank range that be great in Texas HAHAHAH!!!

Has anyone try it the reguler not the ballistic version? it sound awsome just spray on the wall but you still need a mesh and need painting ;-( It would be awsome if there a color dye like Concrate so no PAINTING 20 years later!
Thanks!

StuccoMax is not ballisticrete. Ballisticrete is at http://www.barrett-inc.com/ballisticrete.php
StuccoMax is at http://www.barrett-inc.com/stuccomax.php

It does need a mesh to adhere, but only 1 coat. It does not need painting although it can be painted. Happy to send you a sample if you email me your snail mail address.

Anybody have any positive or negative experiences with sticky mesh and TUFF II? It's available at www.HomeDepot.com. It's supposed to be especially made for ICF/styrofoam. I'm thinking of applying it with a hopper gun not a trowel.

Check out this thread

My main thought is that it might end up being pretty pricey as a entire wall covering. I don't remember for sure but I think I used about 2 five gallon buckets, or maybe it was 4 buckets, just for the parging. Its' around $50 or $80 a bucket. For a really good coat the square foot coverage per bucket isn't very high.
