What do people use to make accurate notches for radius walls? Just making 2 cuts per notch are using a tool set to proper width

We are doing a 10' radius, 14' tall, a circular saw with the guard removed and blades stacked to 9/16". hand cut reliefs in the outside. Hardboard siding strips to tie it together.

On a similar but different note

When you have a set of windows above another set of windows, is 15" enough spacing between the windows to get the bucks in, forms, rebar, ICF, concrete?

What about window to corner or a set of windows to another set of windows? Is 12" from a window to a corner or window to window enough spacing or does it need to be widened?

Window above a window, so a lintel? 15" enough? Depends, how wide are the windows? How much is your buck taking up? What is the load above? Will they be part of the same pour? If so, you can put in rebar as if it is one opening?

12" in-between side by side windows or a corner, I don't usually have a problem with, a lot of variables there too. but I think the code may require 24".
