Is there any reason why you need house wrap Tyvek on a ICF wall with Brick external siding?
Is there any pro to doing this?
Thanks!

What part of Texas?

The brick is porous and it will let water through but as long as you have a drainage plane behind the brick and between the EPS, you should be OK.

Tyvek would be unnecessary in my opinion but others should chime in.

In the wet southeast we leave 1" air space between EPS and brick without plastic house wrap.  Doors and windows will require brick moulding to hide the gap.  My understanding is that the air space can be thinner but we follow local practice.
