What are people paying for forms lately?  I don't need to know the brand if you don't want to mention that, but I'm curious how high prices are running these days.  Say, dollars per square foot or dollars per standard block.

A lot depends on the form itself and where it is being shipped from. On average for a GOOD ICF, you are looking at $3.50 per square foot, ballpark. There are cheaper forms out there but you get what you pay for.

The ads on this page show Fox at $14.71 per block. At 5.333 square feet for a standard block, that's $2.76 a square foot. I used Fox, and found the quality to be excellent. Of course, that price does not include corners, which are more, and all of the other stuff you need to build ICF. That doesn't include delivery, either.
