Does anyone know of any ICF contractors who have experience building multistory multifamily buildings in Southern Ontario?  Preferably someone not tied to any one block.  I write books and articles on construction topics and I'm looking for someone who can talk about experience building larger multifamily in Ontario, but the people I've found so far only build houses or they only deal with one product.  Thanks.

Have you found someone to help you? I have done many multis and other large commercial jobs. Not as an observer, or helper but as lead installer/project manager. Let me know if you need help

Hi, I would encourage you to speak with a company in Kitchener Endura Homes. You can google them for their contact info. They built a large residential home for their family with 3 levels of living space. It is a beautiful home and they are using this home to market their style of building. They are European background and feel that we will see more homes built in Ontario with the goal of multiple generations living in the same house on different floors...like happens in Europe. Dura Popovic is the owner and his two boys live on other floors. I am a distributor of an icf block and supplied their material and it was a good experience for me to learn some of their "tricks of the trade".
