Fox just announced this morning that the deal has closed. Reward has gone Bye bye. Arxx is next.
Reward Wall Systems Product Lines are Consolidating • iForm/eForm ICFs: These two ICF product lines will be discontinued as soon as inventory levels are gone. iForm or eForm products will no longer be produced going forward. • tieKey/xLerator: These two ancillary components will continue as part of the Fox Blocks lineup. The xLerator ledge reinforcement is being redesigned to fit Fox Blocks ledge and taper forms and will still meet all ACI 318 and ledge reinforcement requirements. With the recent acquisitions (both Reward and Arxx) it would be costly and difficult to try to maintain all of the product lines of the brands bought, especially when there are too many similarities between them. Fox Blocks is committed to the highest quality products and by eliminating the similar products we can focus our resources on the Fox Blocks line of ICFs- keeping costs competitive, staying committed to product innovation and continuing to offer quality support.
R.I.P. Reward Wall (or as my old grandmother used to say, "Good riddance to bad trash")

I would like to clarify that I meant nothing bad about Reward. I sold quite a bit of their product last year and am sorry to see them go , but this is the way business goes. I was responding to the quote
