are ICF and EPS the same ? I am a confused and need help

No…ICF is Insulated Concrete Forms…EPS is Expanded Polystyrene… ICF is a building system where concrete is poured between EPS forms and the forms are left in place because of their insulation R-value.

Yep, EPS is the type of foam used to make ICF blocks...
