Hello Everyone,
We have been searching for a qualified builder for our residential project on Maury Island ( Vashon ) near Tacoma, and have been
working with representatives from Cal Portland, Pacific NW ICFs.
FoxBlocks, Logix, & Quad-Lock but still have not been able to find
an experienced contractor.
Our home has many characteristics more commonly seen in a commercial structure, it's about 5,000 sq ft with an open floor plan, a ground level footprint of 30' x 50' and five floors ( total height ~ 60' )
We are planning on a full concrete envelope, including beam & pan floors ( we're considering Eco-Span ) and will likely need several post tensioned slabs to support the weight of the upper floors.
ANY information on or referrals to an experienced ICF builder in the area would be most appreciated !
