I saw a video of a small home constructed in 7 days using EPS block. Filled with rebar and concrete, it seems the benefits are the same as ICF. Though maybe round walls are possible with EPS block and not ICF? Has anyone worked with EPS block in residential home construction? Are there any differences between the 2?

ICF panels are made with expanded polystyrene, or EPS. ICF blocks, when assembled, are also filled with rebar and concrete. Perhaps the two systems you are referring to are one in the same thing but with a different naming convention. A link or reference to the video would be helpful in answering your question, but I will add that you can definitely build round walls with ICF.
