We're looking to do a build in the western Chicago (Illinois) suburbs. So far I haven't found any builders who've actually done ICF basement to roof. One builder I talked to said they couldn't find a concrete sub who was willing to do an ICF pour. And another builder I talked to (whose contact info I was given by a QuadLock rep), has only done ICF basements.

Just trying to track down a builder (or two!) that have actually done all-ICF in the Chicago area... so far it seems like a rarity.

He normally does ICF basements and SIP first floor. Can't remember if he has done full ICF. Mike
