Hi everybody. I am a developer/contractor and new to ICF and am sold for my next project I am doing ICF. I got a 3000 sqft house to build and I am looking for recommendations on good ICF suppliers. My top priority is user friendly for newbies, minimal bracing such as a fab form system, and good tech support preferably local, and pricing. I am also curious which company provides the best support for a first time icfer that I can have reliable access to here in Toronto? I am leaning towards ICF to the roof if the price is right. Still considering various roofing options and flooring systems. To be honest though it feels easier to just ICF basement only and do everything else traditionally for my first time. I might be interested in subbing it out too so icf contractors feel free to reply as well or pm me. Or any advise in general is great.

No you have understood very incorrectly because you have lead yourself to your own conclusions. Anyways I didn't quote the job based on ICF this is my own project but before I start I am actively considering trying ICF and if the numbers work for me then I'm going with ICF. I use advanced forms usually.
