There is an urgent need for ICF workers in Virginia. Plenty of work, not enough people. Commercial and residential. Please message me offline for details. |

This is the type of posts the forum moderators should flag/delete. This is supposed to be a point of reference for advice/experience in design and installation of various ICF forms, not a method for a manufacturer to contact installers. FYI - I am nowhere near the Virginia area. This post has no direct effect on me or my business, but I feel it is not the appropriate place to try to network/build your contact list. |

I disagree with ICF. IMO.....GC's that build stick, need to expand and educate themselves to include new construction methods. They could do both. ICF is not rocket science. It could increase their business.......more money in their pockets. ..........That's a GOOD thing for everyone.

This is the perfect forum for exactly those people to expand and educate themselves on the advantages of building with ICF. I would prefer to keep these posts related to education and sharing past experiences with ICF, rather than using it as a platform for a manufacturer/rep to simply try to build their network. |

We're not building a network, we are looking for people who want jobs. We have projects and not enough workers. We figured some folks who read these posts might want to work. Like today. Now.

This is not new thing here. we all need to train new installers on every job ....We can find help that is already trained and ready to go with out paying a high price for the time they have put into the training and work ethic ......You get what u pay for!
