Old threads on this are pretty old, so figured I'd start a new one. This would be at/around Monmouth County. That aside, a small rant. I've so far also had relatively little luck finding any builders or architects in NJ with knowledge of green construction, Energy Star, LEED, and certainly not something like passive house. NJ seems to be lagging behind surrounding states on this front, despite what should have been rising demand post-Sandy. It sort of seems like that there's a 'more money then sense' thing going on statewide, and most builders are more than happy about building cheap looking, gold gilded garish colonial McMansions with large profit margins. Anyway, I digress. If anyone happens to have any pointers, they'd be greatly appreciated :)
