We're looking to build just North of Wilmington, NC in about a year and looking for recommendations for ICF builders. The last post I found was from 2007, thought it was a bit late to re-open that one. I did find a few on Google, but they are more of the "full package" builders. We're looking for someone who is okay with high end structure, windows, doors, siding, but who is open to me supplying my own cabinets, flooring, etc. and having them install. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

Start with a block and work backwards. Manufacturer then distributor, which will lead to a contractor.

Polycrete Structures has travelling crews that will put up your structural shell - their scope goes from excavating footings on a prepared pad up to the roofline. All ICF walls, including door and window openings as well as embeds for floor systems. If you're doing concrete floors, they can form and finish them as well. PM me if interested in more info.

Thanks, I'll start by talking to distributors, that's a good idea. I did get a hold of a guy in Wilmington, but he said his homes are typically in the $250/sf range which is insane to me. I'm thinking more in the $150 range. I've reached out by email to Southern Wall Systems, but have yet to hear anything back. I'll post back here once I find someone.
