I am looking to build a 2500 sf ranch home in the Columbus, OH region (Plain City) and having a tough time finding installers in the region. I have reached out to local block suppliers, but have not had much luck there either. Any suggestions on potential installers in the central Ohio area? Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I have spoken with Holdfast and stopped in at their office to discuss. They will provide me with the Nudura material, but I wasn't able to get any info from them in regards to local installers. We spoke about the potential of me installing myself, which would be ideal. However, I just do not have the time or the help to tackle it. I was hoping to find someone who would be able to pour the footers and install/pour the ICF (owner or contractor supplied), with a gap between the basement and first floor walls to set the joists. Thanks again for your time!

Did they give you the option of them managing the pour and you putting up the forms?
