With the growing inflation and supply chain issues. Just curious if anyone else out there has gotten any ICF block pricing. What is the going rate right now for the popular blocks?

Block pricing is following other building material cost.

It would be interesting to see what I would be quoted today.

Late 2020 early 2021 for 4000sf of built walls worth of forms:

I was quoted $4.78 sf for Nudura R22 and $6.5 for the R35 block (including shipping and taxes) In the quote was included every single little part and accessory that you need to build the walls.
Polycrete was about $4.5 sf, they also do precut forms based on your design for a small increase.
Both brands were very keen to find installers in my area. One of the Polycrete partners I had on the phone, was actually very nice and helpful.

Also at the same time of the year, I had quotes for pre-cut EPS insulated steel-framed walls panels, Thermasteel (USA), and Green Stone (in Manitoba) they both were at about $7.5 for 5.5" thick walls (R25) with gauge 24 steel double studs 16" on center, including all tracks, plates, screws, and sealants. All precut based on your design included engineering and stamps. Did not include shipping. They both also make roof panels 9.5" thick (R50 or thereabout) for about $12.5 sf. All pricing late 2020.
Both companies were very responsive and I was able to have both of their reps on the phone to answer all my questions, although Thermalsteel gave me pricing right away where GS took a little more asking.

I assume today we would be quoted 20/25% higher for all these materials.

Main component of EPS is pentane. It's a oil derivative, so where goes oil, so goes icfs

I did ask for a few quotes and compared to late 2020 early 2021, with ICF we are about 40% more expensive, Thermasteel panels almost doubled because of the increase in the cost of steel.

So ICF increase is less of a factor since Concrete and Labor did not increase as much or at all, rebar cost is negligible IMO. But Thermasteel with that big increase makes it less competitive.

Although all the panel's producers, including the Canadian ones like Green Stone, propose them as ready for cladding/siding as-is, they still need some sheathing for fireproofing if you are sane of mind.
That is an additional cost for these panels that are somehow an alternative to ICF.
All the residential projects I have seen go up without sheathing but all the commercial ones put on Densglass or Securerock panels before cladding.

BTW Superior Walls are slightly less expensive than ICF at the moment.

We sell 8" A-One ICFs for $4.13 sf, but more 6" that is $4 sf. We service MN and WI with some shipping to the Dakotas.

Love the block. Too bad it's not available in the Northeast. It would be an easy sell. Good luck with it. That's a good price.
