I'm currently working on a foundation with nudura icf. I'm looking to see what type of screws work best for attaching bracing and also attaching 2 by material. Thank you

Nudura supplies Hex head screws in 2", 2.5" and 3" lengths. They are the best concrete screws on the planet!!! I use them for bracing, footing forms, sidewalk forms, etc. Easy to install, hold solid and the hex head makes them easy to find and remove and concrete has cured (they are a bit pricy but can be used multiple times). You need to use the 3" length to attach 2X material (1.5" material + 5/8" EPS before you hit the web). If you are using the Nudura braces, it is important to note that the safety testing was done with these screws - using a different fastener may cause issues if OSHA ever takes a close look or if an accident occurs.

Course screws are better going into plastic hangers. I would even do screws for backer board in showers for no rust.

We use a self-piercing screw with a hex head drive. Easily reusable.
