 I have recently bought a used S.I.P. manufacturing line.   The reason I bought it was for the 8' x 24' c.n.c. router as well as the 8' x 24' press.  After I bought it I realized that the rest of the machinery was probably worthless without these items, like the spray glue machine, the O.S.B. loader, the 3 different production tables.

I am in the stair manufacturing business in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where we have about 12,000 units a year being built a year.  A boom by our standards, and I think that this product would work here with the right people running it.  But, I do not have the time or energy to do it.

Is there anyone out there who does have the time, energy and financial backing who would be interested in setting up a S.I.P. manufacturing plant with or without a partner?  I would be willing to put up the machine as collateral in a partnership if someone had the financial resources and experience to run a wall manufacturing plant either in Canada or the U.S.A

Yes, I could do financing. I only have one manual but it is more of a fabrication manual than a operators manual. The software in the C.N.C. has courses offered in North Carolina as well as Chicago.

Mike - we have a new material to make this type of panel.  We may have an interest based on more details on what you have and where you would like to go with this.

Aftewr psoting this thread almost 2 months ago I have yet to get a firm commitment for this machinery. As of Aug. 15th I am taking the CNC in for refurbshing to my specs. and cutting up the balance for scrap steel. If anyone is interested before then you better act now.

Mike, I'm in Calgary. I'm a regional fabricator for SIPs from a local SIPs manufacturer. We have our fabrication plant in Cardston. Please email me with your coordinates so I can call you to discuss and see what you have. We're looking to move fabrication up to Calgary if possible too. Some of your gear maybe helpful for us....thanks.

 We are manufacturers of modular housing based on SIP. We are completing a factory in Thailand and are currently sourcing SIP from local manufacturers. It may we be feasible to bring the panel manufacture in house. If you would like to seriously discuss the possibilty of a JV or purchase, I can be reached at;

[email protected].
