I would like to hear opinions or guesses on how long it would take to raise and assemble the following SIP structure:
2500 ft^2 of wall area - 4.5" urethane SIPS
2100 ft^2 of roof area - 6.5" urethane SIPS
The house foundation outline is as follows, and the foundation area is 1580 ft^2:
______

____| |_____

|_______________|
The home has two shed dormers on the front, two gabled dormers on the back, and the "bump-out" is also gabled. So the roof has six valleys and no hips. The SIPS are attached to a timberframe structure, so the installer would not need to add any structurual supports.
Any thoughts?
