Is the cost of each item in the manufacturing of sips so different in cost that the total sip cost is variably a big difference in certain locations of north amercia.

Shipping is probably the biggest variable on two sides of the equation. First is getting the heavy OSB to the SIP plant. Then from getting the SIPs which take up a lot of space to the job site would be a big cost variable. Second would probably be labor costs. Another variable would be the market. Why sell a product for less money if you are getting more and getting the plant at capacity?
