I have some exterior walls exposed due to another project.  I want to replace the crappy fiberglass batt insulation with foam board insulation.  What should I do about a vapor barrier?  Inside or outside surface or none?  If the foam has foil, which way should it face?
Thanks

For a retrofit/remodel like that I would go with spray foam. Google on 'Froth Pak'.

That would depend on your location. Generally in Cold areas the barrier is on the inside. And, with spray foam, you may not need a barrier at all!

Good Luck!
....jc<br>If you're not building with OSB SIPS(or ICF's), why are you building?
