Looking for experienced SIP builder(s) to construct single story motels for several motel chains in the South Eastern United States, from Mississippi to the Atlantic Coast, between West Virginia and Florida. Prefer one company to build all projects in all of these States, but will settle for more if necessary. Also need total per-sq-ft construction cost estimate ASAP for basic rectangular plan with a hallway separating two rows of 12'X12' units. Typical total size might be 192' X 30'. Exterior & interior walls will be SIP, as well as roof. Roof to have hips at ends. Plan to use SIP's with pre-fabricated architectural finishes. Please e-mail replies to [email protected]
