Hi, we are planning to build a 3000 sq ft home in the Calabogie Area which is about 55 minutes SW of Ottawa. I am convinced that  Geo-thermal heat with ICF for the basement and SIP for the exterior walls is the way to go. I will be building this home with a friend who is an experienced carpenter and contractor. The only SIP manufacturer/supplier I could find in Ontario is Thermapan. I am looking for feedback on this supplier or any alternaitive supplier in the Province of Ontario.

I am very interested in what you found out about sips in Ontario.  I am planning on building in about a year and I would apprediate the help.
