I  would use Thermocore Panels again. The electrical was  easy for my electrician, actually he seemed pleased after the walls were up, and he saw how easy it would be.  The doors and the windows fit perfect. 
 Every wall was fabricated to plans, no trimming needed.

If I did it again, I would look into the roof as well.
