Hi and Merry christmas to you all !

I am looking to manufacture my own sip panels using 2x OSB with a EPS core.

We intend using these to produce garages/additions and light weight structures.

As I am working through an architect and need to get some sort of structural test completed to satisfied all concerned.

Has anyone any knowledge on making basic machinery to complete  the following Loading areas;

  • Transverse
  • Axial
  • Shear
  • Diaphragm
  • Uplift
  • Long term
  • Impact
  • Concentrated

Many Thanks

Tonya

Tonya;

those tests are normally done thru independent labs & you will need about a $100k to get it done

Tonya,

We do third-party testing as well as listing of numerous structural building components.  Try looking @ www.p-e-i.com.

Trust me our expertise is in testing NOT in web site design !!  LOL
